Description

Applications
Carboxymethyl cellulose (cellulose gum) is widely used in food industry. It is applied to many kinds of milk beverage and seasoning. It is also used to make ice creams, instant noodles and pastry, gluten-free bakery, etc.
Food Grade carboxymethyl cellulose for milk bevery and seasoning: It can make the beverage thick and improve its taste.
Food Grade carboxymethyl cellulose sodium for ice creams: It can prevents the crystallization of ice and water-retention, so that ice creams taste particularly smooth, non-sticky, greasy, heavy greasy or underirable otherwise when served.
