 Introduction
The knitting elements of HCRD6J/2 double needle bar warp knitting machine includes: 4 ground bars, 2 Piezo jacquard bars , 2 single latch needle bars, 2 knocking-over bars and 2 sinker beds. The movement of latch needle is controlled by cam and counter cam in the oil box. The sinker bed, guide bar and cradle are controlled by eccentric bar linkage mechanism.

Characteristic:
 
  1. The machine adopts the piezo jacquard technology, which can show all kinds of pattern design freely. The double needle bed weaving machine can produce seamless knitting fabric. Through this technology, the product is closed to finished which greatly reduce the finishing procedure and may well achieve the close-fitting and warm functions.
  2. The ground bar and jacquard bar adopt EL system which can produce more pattern designs and is easy-operated.
  3. It is using EBC system and EAC system. Through the co-ordination of this two functions, it can produce fabrics which have beautiful curves.
