Pressure spray drying machine is applicable to solution, suspending liquid, paste, paste liquid materials which is atomized into small droplets. The mist drops contact with hot air directly in the drying tower, and the water evaporates instantly. Spray drying efficiency is high, mass transfer area is large, while the drying time is short with only generally 5~30 seconds. Working temperature can be adjusted according to actual condition, and the general inlet temperature is 150 ~ 500 ° C. Automatic control can be realized.
Principle
When the pressure spray drying machine is running, hot air is introduced from the top of the drying tower. Meanwhile, the raw material is pumped into the top of the drying tower through the high pressure pump, and the feed solution is changed into beads or small drops through the pressure nozzle. When the droplet meets a hot wind, the water evaporates immediately, and the liquid of the material is dried into a dry product in a short period of time. The product is discharged from the bottom of the drying tower or from the cyclone (depending on the configuration). When hot air is in contact with the droplet, the temperature decreases significantly and humidity increases significantly, which is then discharged by the exhaust fan. Collecting the fine powder in the air will have different fine powder separation and recovery equipment through different equipment, such as hurricane (common type and various combination types), bag filter, cyclone + bag filter, cyclone + wet dust collector, bag filter + wet dust collector, etc. According to product features and requirements, the secondary drying cooling system (such as vibrating fluidized bed or pneumatic conveying), formulation system or powder screening system can be installed after spray dryer and dehumidifier. The particle size of pressure spray dryer is usually between 120 mesh and 20 mesh. If larger particles are needed, fluidization granulator is recommended.

● Chemical industry: sodium fluoride (potassium), alkaline dyestuff and pigment, dyestuff intermediate, compound fertilizer, formic silicic acid, catalyst, sulphuric acid agent, amino acid, white carbon black, etc.
● Ceramic: aluminium oxide, ceramic tile material, magnesium oxide, talc, etc.
