Stab proof composite sheet is a kind of composite sheet material, made of Aramid Woven Fabric as the base material. By multi-layers structure, it can reach the protection levels of USA NIJ stab resistance Standard-0115.00 Levels and UK HOSDB stab resistant standard.

 

The SZ FC-1S Stab proof composite sheet can be used for Stab proof vest, Stab proof and bulletproof vest that applied by Police officers, Military soldiers, Army officials, Law enforcement, Safety and Security guard, civilians.

The SZ FC-1S stab proof composite sheet can be designed into any shapes, and suitable for any models of vest, T-shirt, Jacket, Hoodie, etc. The finished clothing will resistant NIJ 0115.00/HOSDB/VPAM 24J - 65J or higher strike energy of cutting, stabbing, puncture, slashing, chopping, hacking, rocks, needles from cold weapons of such as knife, stick, hammer, arrow etc.

 

Based on FC-1T, we developed FC-1S, which has higher performance on density and light, but same structured layers to meet same protection level, so FC-1S is an upgraded version of FC-1T.

It can be perfectly used in anti-stab vest, stab proof and bulletproof vest and other security products with puncture protecting purpose by its bright features of softness and toughness.

The multi-layers of FC-1S has excellent protective performance for various controlled knives, such as Standard test knife tool, Slaughtering knife, Trigonal scraper, Kitchen bone cutter, Kitchen chopper and small caliber bullets.
